YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE KPMG PEOPLE OPERATION ANALYST JOB ROLE:
- Assist in managing and resolving user queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Provide the best possible resolutions to user queries and ensure timely closure of incident tickets within SLA’s.
- Update and maintain information in the Bot system to ensure accurate responses to user queries and issues.
- Adhere to and be well-versed with all KPMG India policies.
- Collaborate closely with project members to effectively deliver on requirements.
- Understand the various points of contact for HR processes and liaise with teams to provide quick and seamless solutions to user clarifications.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE KPMG OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing user queries and situations.
- Keen eye for details to ensure accurate and precise resolutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address routine issues.
