YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS INFINEON GRADUATE TRAINEE:

Drive and execute planning and manufacturing processes to support Infineon’s customer requirements effectively.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire supply chain through practical problem-solving.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business teams to ensure product availability and customer delivery across the global supply chain, utilizing the latest i2/JDA APS (Advanced Planning System).
Understand customer product requirements and align the supply chain accordingly.
Analyze and address issues and trends by utilizing a data-driven approach.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving overall business performance.
Work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, sharing responsibilities across different geographical locations.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS INFINEON OFF CAMPUS DRIVE JOB:

Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and cultures.
Familiarity with industry-standard ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning platforms (i2/JDA) is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure business conditions while being comfortable with uncertainty.
