HSBC ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The successful candidate will work closely with Debt Capital Markets in South and Southeast Asia.
- The primary focus of the role is to ensure compliance of the deals undertaken in DCM from various aspects such as regulatory, legal, credit, and procedural.
- Preparing internal approvals for DCM transactions, including Conflict checks, KYC, Credit Approvals, Approval Committees, Transaction Registers, Confidentiality Agreements etc
- The incumbent should ensure that post-transaction activities are completed, such as liaising with Finance, arranging for fee invoicing, and making transaction expenses to third parties.
- Collaborate with the COO team to gain insights into the regulatory demands of the sector/product and validate that the current procedures are suitable.
- Display a sense of ownership towards assigned tasks and demonstrate strong execution capabilities.
- Continuously improve job-specific skills through ongoing learning and development.
