HPE R&D JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for software enhancements and new products.
- Develop software solutions, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools.
- Determine hardware compatibility and influence hardware design.
- Code and program enhancements, updates, and changes for subsystems of systems software.
- Execute test plans and protocols for assigned code portions, identify and debug issues.
- Develop relationships with internal and external development partners for software design and development.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR HPE R&D GRADUATE JOB:
- Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with design principles for software systems across multiple platform types.
- Knowledge of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR HPE OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
