Role And Responsibilities of Product Analyst in Globallogic:
- Gain detailed product knowledge and work with extensive data, including tools like Splunk.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure swift and thorough resolution of customer issues.
- Investigate complex issues and raise appropriate bug reports.
- Communicate issue progress and fixes back to the team.
- Guide customers through sophisticated solutions and provide detailed investigations of new issues.
- Conduct release reviews and onboard new features.
- Analyze and respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare memos.
- Communicate and update global end users and/or SMEs when additional details are needed for a request/incident/change.
- Implement model enhancements based on feedback and warranty period, bug fixing, and maintenance.
