YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A ASSOCIATE ANALYST AT GLOBALLOGIC:
- Ensure the timely delivery of project data at the highest quality standards.
- Rapidly grasp new project requirements.
- Contribute to the design of quality assurance processes for entered data.
- Engage in communication and active participation on project forums.
- Continuously enhance and optimize existing processes, offering feedback on tools and procedures.
- Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction levels, and actively support initiatives to enhance performance metrics.
