GENPACT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests for accurate billing.
- Maintain client interactions, provide support, and address feedback.
- Manage Order to Cash activities for collections and dispute resolution.
- Engage with customers via calls and emails for overdue payments.
- Achieve collections targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Build relationships with customers and Financial Directors through communication.
- Lead and participate in conference calls with Financial Managers.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR GENPACT TRAINEE JOB:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP and generating reports from SAP (added advantage).
- Deep understanding of the entire Order to Cash process, including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated, Automated).
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and in a high-pressure business environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in different shifts as per business requirements.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS GENPACT OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
B.Com (MBA – Finance preferred)
