YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE AT FLIPKART:
- Take ownership of executing homepage go-lives, merchandising setups, and reducing error rates.
- Analyze data and report on key business metrics such as top of funnel, views, click-through rates (CTR), visits, revenue, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the on-platform team to plan offers and visibility strategies for maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze and negotiate visibility avenues with stakeholders, proposing improvements and alternatives for business scaling.
- Manage offer and visibility avenue launches, error rate reduction, and platform testing.
- Automate processes by creating various dashboards, alerts, and datasets to visualize and quickly derive actionable insights.
- Provide performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
