YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A ASSOCIATE ANALYST AT EY:
- Your responsibilities include interpreting RMS policies, making recommendations based on firm guidance, and producing documentation that showcases the diligence applied in your work.
- Your work will be subject to external regulatory review and scrutiny.
- You will engage in executive-level interactions with client team members and RMS personnel.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and drive processes to completion by following up on requests from RMS Consultants and assisting client teams.
- Perform initial reviews of submissions from client teams, evaluating the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of proposed transactions/requests.
- Act as a liaison between client teams, RMS team members, and various functional areas within the firm.
- Utilize analytical and project management methodologies and tools.
- Build a professional network within RMS and across the firm.
- Apply judgment to initial consultations and submission reviews, rapidly gaining an understanding of key firm and regulator RMS rules and policies.
- Reference existing policies and conduct research as needed to propose solutions to unique situations.

KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE ANALYST JOB AT ERNST AND YOUNG RECRUITMENT 2023:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
