YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A EMERSON GRADUATE TRAINEE:
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Emerson, your role will involve providing support for engineering changes and modifications related to product structure, standardization, and product orderability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Standardizing and upgrading existing product structures to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Configuring product structuring data to facilitate the introduction of new standard offerings.
- Understanding the role of product structure and related attributes in the Oracle business system to maintain and identify data gaps.
- Identifying and reviewing product structure issues to contribute to product structuring initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS EMERSON TRAINEE ENGINEER JOB:
- Solid knowledge of Engineering Drawing and Material Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively.
- Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
- Programming skills in languages like SQL, VBA, and Python (preferred).
