YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE AT CONCENTRIX:
- Interfacing with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or internet-based communication as required by the client.
- Providing customer service support and technical assistance to resolve routine issues related to client products or services.
- Ensuring that the services provided to customers meet the contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Clarifying customer requirements, using decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions, and probing for understanding.
- Maintaining a basic knowledge of client products and services.
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in a call tracking database.
- Handling complex queries and resolving them independently with strong probing and problem-solving skills.
- Confirming customer understanding of the solution and providing additional customer education as needed.
KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE CONCENTRIX TECHNICAL SUPPORT JOB 2023:

- Proficiency in computer navigation and PC knowledge.
