Eligibility Criteria for BEL Trainee Engineer and Project Engineer/Officer Recruitment:
1) 4 Years B.E./ B.Tech. course from reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering discipline for the post of Trainee and Project Engineers–
a) Electronics – Electronics/ Electronics& Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication
b) Mechanical – Mechanical
c) Civil – Civil
2) HR- 2 Years MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR from reputed Institute/University.
Post Qualification Experience:
1)Trainee Engineer – I
1 year relevant post qualification industrial experience. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered. Teaching / research experience will not be considered.
2) Project Engineer/Officer – I
2 years relevant post qualification industrial experience. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered. Teaching / research experience will not be considered.
Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2022:
Selection will be through a written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test.
