YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB ROLE:
We are looking for highly skilled individuals with a strong academic background who are eager to contribute to the advancement of the healthcare industry. The candidate should be open to being trained and assisting in any phase of the product development cycle, including system design and development, verification and validation, and architecture and innovation activities. The senior or lead engineers at BDTCI will provide guidance, but the candidate should also be a motivated self-starter with a commitment to meeting the organization’s goals. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with international colleagues as needed.
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will provide support in creating design and engineering solutions for medical device products manufactured in large quantities.
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will work under the guidance of experienced leadership to deliver appropriate solutions for both new and existing medical device products. This will involve conducting design iterations, risk assessments, technical analyses/FMEA, and verification activities for the design.
Graduate Engineer Trainees will collaborate to acquire knowledge and contribute towards the technological progressions in the domain of automated testing and software development of the products.
The Graduate Engineer Trainees will actively participate in initiatives to improve efficiency, analyze new technologies, solve problems innovatively, and deliver sustainable solutions that advance the relevant field.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR BD GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE JOB:
The individual should possess a strong foundation in their field of study.
Understanding of software development and engineering principles
Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
An innovative and creative mindset to identify and develop solutions.
