As a Design Engineer specializing in Energy Transition New Product Development Process at Baker Hughes, you will play a vital role in the entire product development process, contributing to the conceptual design, development, and testing of new rotating equipment for energy transition and consolidated portfolio applications.

- Carrying out the design, analysis, or evaluation of designated projects while adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product requirements.
- Cultivating a “system engineering” culture, assisting in product configuration definition, and implementing relevant changes post the industrialization phase.
