GRADUATE ENGINEERING JOB AT AIR PRODUCTS: YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customize engineering design tools, including the Hexagon/Intergraph Smart suite and software for 2D CAD drawing and 3D Modeling.
- Collaborate with application analysts to understand client-specific customization needs.
- Provide initial technical support for the existing application portfolio.
- Implement development best practices to reduce risks in production computing environments.
- Adhere to established processes for Development, Change Management, and Release.
- Engage in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure application functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Create comprehensive documentation for programs, support teams, and end-users.
- Develop skills in communication, time management, documentation, and application support.
- Maintain existing services, resolve incidents, manage problems, and meet service level agreements.
- Apply strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry, to generate 3D solid models for CAD/CAM/CAE tools.
