YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ACCENTURE NEW ASSOCIATE- QUERY MANAGEMENT JOB:
- Assist in managing and resolving customer queries, escalations, and complaints.
- Close faults and complaints within SLA (Service Level Agreements).
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, e-mails, and chat support to resolve customer issues.
- Provide 1st level customer service support as part of the Service Desk team.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communication needs between users and clients.
- Adapt to different support channels (phone, chat, email) based on business requirements.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ACCENTURE ASSOCIATE JOB:
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling customer queries and issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide resolutions.
