TATA 1MG TRAINING & CONTENT INTERNSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Content Design Intern at Tata 1mg, you’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging training content for Supply Chain and B&M Retail. From videos and infographics to posters and newsletters, you’ll collaborate with experts to ensure accurate and valuable information delivery.
As an Intern in the Training – Content Team at Tata 1mg, your responsibilities include:
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting in content creation.
- Ability to research and implement engaging ideas and industry trends into content.
- Creating Memo cards/Flashcards and other relevant training collaterals.
- Interest in creating various content formats, including videos, infographics, posters, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Eagerness to contribute to the enhancement of content quality, format, and distribution.
- Desire to support the creation of Learning Management System (LMS) content.
KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE TATA 1MG INTERNSHIP FOR STUDENTS:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Filmora.
- Basic Lightroom
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Coral Draw, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Availability for a 6-month internship period.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to review and edit content for grammar and overall quality.
