YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SHARECHAT PUBLIC POLICY INTERNSHIP:
- Assist in determining internal policy positions for technological products and content moderation.
- Prepare briefs of policy changes introduced by the Government.
- Articulate policy positions for internal teams to support queries and requests.
- Research public opinions and perspectives to inform policy creation and adjustments.
- Help in drafting and finalizing legal documentation and provide advice on media regulatory issues.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE SHARECHAT SUMMER INTERNSHIP:
- Pursuing or completed graduation/postgraduation/course in Law or Public Policy.
- Demonstrable interest in tech/media/social media policy issues.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with web and social media trends.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED IN THIS INTERNSHIP FOR STUDENTS AT SHARECHAT:
Final year student or completed graduation/postgraduation/course from a reputable institution.
