YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A INTERIM ENGINEERING INTERN AT QUALCOMM

• Work on various aspects of hardware engineering, including SOC validation and debug, RF and analog layout, low power design, board and FPGA design, digital ASIC design, and more.
• Participate in SOC and hard macro physical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineers.
• Solve complex problems and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of hardware engineering.
• May be involved in CAD solutions, CPU design, design for test (DFT), and other related tasks.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE QUALCOMM JOB OPENING:

• Knowledge of Verilog, VHDL, C/C++, Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with wireless/wired communications, protocols, graphics/video multi-media (a plus).
• Understanding of PLL, LNA, OpAmp, CMOS, ADC/DAC, Cadence, SpectreRF, or Layout (required for RF/analog/mixed-signal IC design).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR QUALCOMM RECRUITMENT 2023:

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (in Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Embedded and VLSI, or ECE).
