PAYTM JUNIOR AD EXPERT JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Junior Ad Expert role at Paytm Insider involves active participation in the development, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities of a Junior Advertising Specialist at Paytm Insider:

• Crafting, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Creating, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns on Google, spanning Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Extending expertise to other platforms such as Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc., with a focus on campaign efficiency.
• Devising and executing ad campaign strategies to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Implementing a robust framework for measuring and reporting results of A/B tests and multivariate tests, covering design and target audience aspects.
• Leveraging tools like Google Analytics to gauge the impact of paid digital activities and recommending enhancements.
• Generating comprehensive marketing reports through various tools to transparently communicate the impact of paid activities across diverse channels.
