YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP AT PAYTM:
1. Partnership Development:
- Cultivating partnerships with local organizers, venues, and partners.
- Collaborating with the regional manager to expedite deal closures and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintaining relationships with assigned clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of event listings, marketing initiatives, and payments.
3. Organizer Support:
- Serving as the point of contact for Small/Medium scale organizers.
- Ensuring the seamless operation of accounts and handling documentation.
4. Customer Service:
- Managing incoming customer service queries.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
5. Feedback Collection:
- Identifying and evaluating the needs of organizers and venues.
- Gathering feedback and communicating it to the relevant teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
