KPMG SERVICENOW GRC ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities of a ServiceNow Analyst at KPMG:
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and formulate business specifications.
- Translate application functionality into application architecture and create business functionality requirements statement.
- Communicate business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team, serving as the business interface.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure proper implementation of business requirements and functional specifications.
- Understand long-term business objectives and suggest strategies to meet those objectives.
- Assist in developing content or materials, recommend enhancements, and identify new business requirements.
- Apply knowledge of system capacity to determine project feasibility.
- Work with IT application analysts and programmers as necessary.
- Analyze department production, redesign workflow if necessary.
- Develop, edit, and maintain operating procedures and standards manuals.
- Serve as a consultant to improve internal procedures and conduct training sessions.
- Perform at or above the enterprise’s performance standard.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Recognize and identify potential areas requiring policy and procedure changes.

KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE KPMG CAREER 2024:
- 0-2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, Cyber SecOps design, transition, or operations processes.
- Business analysis and configuration or administration of IRM, SecOps modules of ServiceNow Platform.
- Understanding of Scrum Methodology.
- Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior BA experience with other GRC tools, platforms – Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages, etc.
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in English.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR KPMG ANALYST JOB:
Any BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech graduates are preferred.
Certifications preferred but not mandatory:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have), specific module: presales/microcertifications.
- Business Analyst certification, IIBA, PMI – (PBA), or equivalent.
- CISA, CISM.
- ISO 27001.
