YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN ANALYST- SERVICENOW GRC JOB AT KPMG:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Document workflows and obtain user sign-off on specifications.
- Assist in translating application functionality into architecture.
- Communicate business needs to the technical team.
- Design and execute test plans to ensure proper implementation.
- Identify long-term business objectives and suggest strategies.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and standards manuals.
- Provide consultation on work measurement, system studies, and analysis.
- Conduct training sessions for system implementations.
- Recognize areas where policies and procedures require change.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR KPMG ANALYST JOB ROLE:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IRM, GRC, or Cyber SecOps processes.
- Business analysis and configuration experience in ServiceNow IRM and SecOps modules.
- Understanding of Scrum Methodology.
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset for data evaluation.
- Effective communication across all levels.
- Knowledge of system capacity and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt and suggest enhancements.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR KPMG OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
BE/BTech, ME/MTech
Certifications preferred but not mandatory:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have)
- Business Analyst certification (IIBA, PMI – PBA, or equivalent)
- CISA, CISM
- ISO 27001
