YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A GEA DESIGN ENGINEERING INTERN:
- Understand project requirements and complete assigned duties under the supervision of the manager.
- Assist senior members of the team, ask questions, and provide support whenever necessary.
- Analyze data and prepare reports based on given specifications.
- Take comprehensive notes and share findings with the manager and other stakeholders.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and foster cross-functional interaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and diligence in all tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED OF A GEA MECHANICAL DESIGN INTERN:
- Good academic performance in high school, college, and university.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Creo (mandatory) and Autodesk Inventor.
- Knowledge of PDM/PLM systems such as Agile, Autodesk Vault, or SAP.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Possess a growth mindset and willingness to accept constructive criticism.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR GEA BANGALORE JOB:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
