YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CISCO GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINEE:
Facilities Assistant – Trainee:
- Handle guest and employee inquiries at the front desk.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as badge issuance and coordination with employees.
- Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, signages, displays, and event security.
Staffing Recruiter – Trainee:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within a line of business.
- Assist in sourcing and candidate screening.
Benefits Analyst – Trainee:
- Manage relationships with benefits and technology providers.
- Assist in managing and maintaining escalation models within Cisco.
- Become proficient with SharePoint for Benefits Knowledge Management.
Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee:
- Assist in data analysis and data crunching.
- Support the team with process and execution on NYR activities.
- Work with stakeholders on account creation process.
Project Coordinator – Trainee:
- Contribute to the execution of established or low-complexity projects.
- Develop basic knowledge and understanding of project management and engineering/technical domains.
- Gather details/requirements from project teams and establish working relationships.
Finance Analyst – Trainee:
- Learn to document business requirements and standard operating procedures.
