YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS EARLY CAREER TRAINEE – DT AT BAKER HUGHES:

As an Early Career Trainee at Baker Hughes, you’ll participate in a 6-month traineeship program designed for recent graduates. During this period, you’ll receive technical training, work on projects, and present your findings.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects for skill development.
• Executing internal projects as assigned by your AL (Assigning Leader).
• Applying your technical expertise to develop solutions and enhance your on-the-job skills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and fellow interns to network with global business leaders.
• Learning and utilizing internal software to support project completion.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures.

KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR BAKER HUGHES EARLY CAREER TRAINEE JOB:

• Have recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in India.
• Graduated within the last 12 months with a degree in subjects such as Computer Science, Digital & Interaction Design, Mathematical Engineering, Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering, Management Engineering, or related courses in Software Engineering, Data Science (Machine Learning and Deep Learning), IoT, Cyber Security, Blockchain, etc.
• Possess fluency in written and spoken English, along with effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for learning through hands-on experience.
• Be legally eligible to work in the country without requiring sponsorship or time restrictions.
