YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN ELECTRICAL WIRING PROCESS METHODS AND TOOLS AUTOMATION INTERNSHIP AT AIRBUS
- Develop robust software algorithms for recognizing and understanding aircraft electrical wiring drawings, including minor variations in representation.
- Recognize electrical equipment and understand their functional information.
- Establish connections between electrical equipment using rule-based or AI-based algorithms.
- Create a training database of electrical drawings with varied representations.
- Compare differences between in-house and customer electrical drawings databases and update the in-house database accordingly.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE AIRBUS TOOLS AUTOMATION JOB:
- Computer Science Engineering degree with basic electrical knowledge and strong software development skills (preferably Python).
- Proficiency in image recognition techniques and OCR applications.
- Experience with supervised learning techniques using Neural Networks.
- Team spirit, agility, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Open-mindedness and creative thinking.
- Strong knowledge and working skills in software development and AI/ML-based image recognition techniques.
- Exposure to Generative AI is an advantage.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR AIRBUS SUMMER INTERNSHIP:
BE/B.Tech (in Computer Science Engineering with the ability to understand basic electrical drawings).
