YOUR WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MAHINDRA GRADUATE APPRENTICE:
- Provide hands-on support for one or more manufacturing processes to maximize plant efficiency.
- Participate in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance.
- Establish process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimize work flow and lead times by organizing work and machine set-ups.
- Review existing processes and equipment, recommend and manage process improvement projects.
- Promote and monitor process use and effectiveness; ensure compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices, and standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS MAHINDRA OFF CAMPUS DRIVE:
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in process design, setup, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ability to create and maintain process workbooks and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills to optimize work flow and lead times.
- Analytical mindset to review and improve existing processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adherence to company policies, practices, and standards.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
