Apprentice Support Engineer Job Description
As an Apprentice – Support Engineer II at Oceaneering, you’ll provide technical support for ROV, Survey, C-NAV, and AGV equipment while developing skills in troubleshooting and database management.
Key Responsibilities in Technical Support Engineer Job:
- Resolve technical queries and provide real-time troubleshooting for ROV, Survey, C-NAV, and AGV systems.
- Manage Helpdesk (HLS) calls for onshore/offshore operations within SLAs.
- Issue license keys for C-NAV data subscriptions.
- Prepare and verify technical procedures/documentation.
- Maintain technical databases using helpdesk/knowledge base software.
- Generate customized reports for Operations and Management.
