NVIDIA DFT Engineer Job Description   

As a DFT Engineer at NVIDIA, you’ll validate memory BIST, JTAG, and ATPG circuits using UVM tools, ensuring robust test coverage for next-gen AI chips. This role directly supports NVIDIA’s goal to revolutionize parallel computing and AI hardware, making you a key player in delivering industry-leading semiconductor solutions. 

Key Responsibilities in DFT Engineer Job for Freshers:   

  • Verify Memory BIST/IO BIST logic using UVM and NVIDIA’s internal tools. 
  • Develop scalable test plans for SOC/full-chip validation. 
  • Debug pre-silicon simulations and improve test coverage metrics. 
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize DFT architecture. 
  • Automate workflows using Perl/Python for efficiency.
