GDP Engineer Solutions Program Job Description:
As a GDP Engineer at Henkel, you’ll act as a Project Lead for key OEM programs, managing them from the initial design phase all the way through to launch and beyond. You will be the crucial link between the customer and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, driving commercial success for the company.
Key Responsibilities in Project Management Job for Freshers:
- Lead and support Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) programs through the entire product lifecycle, from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Start of Production (SOP).
- Prepare detailed project plans, track timelines, and monitor critical milestones to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain for flawless execution.
- Manage program budgets, track Bill of Materials (BOM) costing, and control premium freight to ensure project profitability.
