GlobalFoundries Integration Engineer Job Description:
As an Engineer in Integration Engineering at GlobalFoundries, you will play a critical role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, supporting high-volume wafer production at GlobalFoundries’ 300mm wafer fab in Germany. You will be part of a skilled team collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful lifecycle management of products.
Roles & Responsibilities in Electronics Jobs for Freshers:
- Analyze and report data (Inline, CFM & ET) to identify anomalies during the NPI phase.
- Monitor production trends, conduct lot sampling, and oversee the disposition of on-hold lots.
- Manage PRM wafers and handle time-critical focus team lots.
- Generate and evaluate various reports, including Cp/CpK, PCRB, and MRB, as required by the FAB1.
- Develop methodologies for data analysis to quickly identify yield limiters and correlations to defects.
- Prepare weekly and monthly customer reports.
