EU Public Relations Job Description

As a trainee in the Press and Information Section at the EU Delegation to India, you’ll support the Delegation’s communication strategy and public diplomacy efforts. You’ll work closely with media professionals to amplify the EU’s initiatives while developing practical skills in international communication and cultural project management.

Key Responsibilities in Press Traineeship:

  • Prepare daily press reviews monitoring Indian media coverage
  • Assist in drafting official press releases and communication materials
  • Manage and create content for EU Delegation social media handles
  • Support execution of cultural projects (European Film Festival, EU Goes to School)
  • Develop promotional collaterals including brochures and event kits
