  • Coordinate with training centers to manage and complete training booking requests.
  • Collaborate with Training Management Services Coordinators globally to finalize booking requests.
  • Generate and analyze reports for data updates and strategic planning.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure timely course availability and booking information in the system.
  • Issue joining instructions to clients accurately and on time in collaboration with Administration and Sales Coordinators.
  • Manage availability reports, revenue reports, and maintain other financial records.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivots, Data Filters, Advanced Charts, and VLOOKUP.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.
