Process Associate Job Description
As a Process Associate in the Enabling Functions division at Bayer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our global finance operations. You’ll ensure the smooth processing of vendor master data and financial requests, directly contributing to the efficiency and accuracy crucial for Bayer’s mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities in SAP Finance Job:
- Process requests received through GVMS, MDG systems, and email within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high accuracy.
- Resolve queries received in the generic mailbox and provide timely replies (within 1 working day TAT).
- Manage fluctuating work volumes (peak/off-peak) across regions and provide extended support when needed.
- Continuously learn and get trained on Vendor Master processes for new regions.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage daily allocated work efficiently, proactively communicating challenges to the SME/Lead.
