AML Human Resources Intern Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at AML RightSource, you’ll work closely with our HR team to support various recruitment tasks, such as interview scheduling, candidate communications, and coordinating hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities in AML Rightsource HR Internship for Freshers:

• Provide administrative support for recruitment, including job postings, candidate updates, and interview coordination.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) post-interview and during the offer stages.
• Prepare reports for HR Operations to streamline new hire processes and BGV.
• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews for hiring managers and recruiters.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic setting.
