YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A RISK AND COMPLIANCE ANALYST AT IBM:
As an Analyst in Risk and Compliance at IBM’s Business Process Operations, you’ll be part of a global team of financial crime specialists. Your primary focus will be on KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes, providing essential services to global banks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting Business Banking KYC client needs related to various products and services.
- Ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and maintaining internal control by validating KYC information and making necessary updates to ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborating with the Quality team and incorporating their feedback to ensure adherence to defined processes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLIANCE ANALYST JOB AT IBM:
- A graduate with 0-1 years of experience in Know Your Customer, Customer Due Diligence, and Customer Identification Program.
- Proficiency in handling highly confidential information and data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional narrative writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Ambitious individual capable of working independently to achieve set targets and goals.
- Previous experience in New Client Onboarding, New Account Documentation, and familiarity with Business Formation Documentation and Legal Entity Structures.
- Proven analytical skills required for organizing and analyzing complex data sets.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
