As an Executive Diploma Trainee in Field Service at Hitachi Energy (Job ID: R0042957), you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch services for Power Quality Products and Solutions, directly contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy futures for all.
Responsibilities in Diploma Field Service Engineer Job at Hitachi Energy:
- Attend customer sites to resolve complaints and address customer calls.
- Analyze failure modes through data collection and conduct harmonic measurements and studies as necessary.
- Perform health checks on equipment under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Generate Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/8D reports for customer complaints and prepare necessary project documentation such as ABRA, FQP, and bar charts.
