FLIPKART BUSINESS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Analyst at Flipkart, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying complex problems and breaking them down into smaller parts to implement creative, data-driven solutions.
- Defining, analyzing, and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams.
- Modeling data to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining.
- Executing quantitative analysis to translate data into actionable insights.
- Driving data-driven decision-making with stakeholders.
KEY SKILL REQUIRED FOR THE FLIPKART RECRUITMENT 2023:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking abilities for diverse requirements.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Cognos, BO, Pentaho, Qlikview), web analytics tools (GA, Omniture, etc.), and statistical tools (R, SAS, etc.).
- Experience in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Strong interest in business, curiosity about numbers, and persistence to extract insights from data.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technical capabilities in SQL, Excel, and scripting language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR ANALYST JOB AT FLIPKART:
B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline.
